Chocolate Protein Brownie
A delicious high protein brownie for when you want to treat yourself but not feel too guilty. You'll have to stop yourself from eating the whole tray!
Ingredients
- 1.5 scoops of Blue Label Whey® (Double Chocolate)
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 50g Coconut Oil
- 50g Butter
- 2 Whole Eggs and 2 Egg Whites
- 100g Coconut Sugar
- 75g Light Brown Sugar
- 75g Granulated Sugar
- 100g Flour
- 70g Dark Cocoa Powder
- Dark Chocolate Chunks and Halved Almonds
Instructions
- Melt together the Chocolate, Coconut Oil and Butter
- In a separate bowl whisk the eggs until slightly stiff and fluffy then whisk in the sugar. Keep the mixture aerated
- Sieve in the flour cocoa powder and Blue Label Whey, fold in the eggs and sugar
- Add in the melted chocolate mixture
- Mix in the chocolate chunks and nuts
- Pour into a pre-buttered tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
