Banana Protein Ice Cream
This ice cream is low in fat but full of protein making it a perfect post workout treat, especially if it’s warm out!
Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
- 1 scoop of Blue Label Whey® (Vanilla)
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 2 bananas

Instructions
Chop up two large bananas and freeze overnight. Once frozen put the banana and almond butter in a large bowl and blend with a hand blender. Add the whey slowly until a consistency similar to ice cream is created. Place back in freezer for a few hours until hard.
