Cranberry And Pumpkin Seed Flapjack
This delicious bar has a low GI, lots of healthy fats and is high in protein, perfect for an on-the-go healthy snack.
Ingredients (makes 6-8 servings)
- 2 scoops of Blue Label Whey® (Vanilla)
- 150g of oats
- 3 tbsp of almond butter
- 3 tbsp of natural honey
- 1 tbsp of flax seed
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of pumpkin seed
- 1 handful of cranberries
- 5-6 dates
- Whole almonds (optional)

Instructions
Pit the dates. Cut dates and almonds into small pieces. Add all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix. Spoon in the almond butter and honey and stir until you can shape the mixture with your hands. Add more almond butter if too dry. Line a tray with grease proof paper and add the mixture to the tray. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes.
